Annual Meeting on November 5th, 2025

As set forth by the covenants of the deed restriction, the Westfield Place Board of Trustees announces the annual meeting of the Westfield Place Homeowners Association to take place at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, November 5th. In observance of social distancing measures, this year’s annual meeting will be held via Teams or Google.   All homeowners are invited to attend and must respond, no later than Sunday, October 26th, 2025 to be sent a link.

Please submit updated directory information and indicate whether you’re available to attend the meeting. This information will be used to notify owners of hazardous conditions, parking concerns, HOA gatherings, seasonal maintenance reminders, HOA annual dues reminders, etc.

If you have previously submitted this information and the information is the same, you will not need to submit this information again. As long as your information is up to date, you will be sent a Teams invite or Google Meet invite.

If you are new to our community or if your information has changed, please submit your information. You should have also received a hard copy of this notice at the mailing address we have on file for you. You may, alternatively, fill out that form by hand, scan it, and email it back to us.
